Hide Public Filters

There should be a way to hide public filters from a grid view. Filters used in task views do not always need to be displayed to a user so these should have the option to be hidden. Controlled via a group access rather than individual user or enable a filter to have public hidden option.

Views have the ability to have grids that use filters to display a set of related objects. The filters used for these are not always necessary for public usage and can lead to a cluttered filter list for users. eg when selecting an issue to attach to a control when in a control view there may be several factors used to search: rating, status, ownership etc, these require filters to be created but the filters would only be used for this scenario and would clutter the control filter list otherwise.

    Instead of controlling this via Group access, it could be as easy as offering a toggle to select to display (or not display) in the grid view.

    We use filters witin embedded grids, dashboards, etc that the end user will never use from the main grid view.
