Sync Library Templates with Copied Records

The current OpenPages library structure supports maintaining standardized Risk and Control libraries. End users can copy from these templates to create new Risks and their associated Controls. However, when library records are updated by the Risk Management or Internal Control teams, those updates are not propagated to records that were previously created through copying.

We request an enhancement that enables synchronization between library records and any instances previously created from those templates. Additionally, when Risks have associated Controls, the system should also be able to synchronize updates to these associations—reflecting newly added Controls, removed Controls, and changes to existing linkages on all corresponding Risk and Control records.

    I think site sync is functionality to do this but it's not user friendly and is too complicated to be usable.
