RELATED IDEAS

Embedded IBM WalkMe Solutions

As part of our current setup, the IBM-provided WalkMe implementations are already embedded and visible within the platform.

However, when we update the WalkMe snippet from our settings to enable our own WalkMe content, the IBM-provided WalkMe implementation gets disabled, and only our WalkMe content remains visible.

We would like to request an enhancement to support coexistence of multiple WalkMe implementations, so that both:

  • IBM-provided WalkMe solutions, and

  • Client-specific WalkMe configurations

can run simultaneously without overriding each other.

Details:

  • Required WalkMe Version: 9.1.3

  • Scope: Requesting access to all IBM WalkMe solutions/flows

This enhancement would allow organisations to leverage both standard IBM WalkMe guidance and customised WalkMe content in parallel, improving overall user experience and adoption.

    One workaround for this would be that if you have your own license to WalkMe, we can send your out WalkMe package which you can utilize for both your customized WalkMe and our default package to coexist. Let us know if this solution works for you. Feel free to reach out to me at mudrapatel@ibm.com if you want to try this approach.
