Security and confidentiality : prevent Files ( SOXDocument ) to be downloaded locally

Hi OP Team,

What is requested here would be the possibility to have a kind of locking mechanism ( like : when the padlock is closed, the file (SOXDocument) local download is not possible, and only when the padlock is open then the file could be locally downloaded ) which will prevent any unauthorised end-user to freely local-download any file ( pdf, xlsx, docx, etc... ) that has been uploaded within the OpenPages application.

Giving the highly GRC sensitivity of certain files that could be uploaded within OpenPages to support evidences or proofs requested, it appears necessary to us that a security mechanism preventing free/open download of these files, to be implemented within OpenPages.
