Creation Add New wizard parent selection tab should be always defaulted to ''Search'' instead of "Recently Used"

If we are frequently adding the objects, on the Add New Wizard creation view, under the select parent section "Recently used" tab is displayed as a default one , but it would be preferable to have this defaulted to "Search" tab. Another option would be to have a setting where the Open Pages administrator can default to either of the tabs based on the requirements.
