Grid View modified column sizes should be persistent.

When Grid View columns are resized by the user, the settings should remain persistent within the database for that user, rather than in cache.

Or the user should have an option to save the specific sizing of the columns that they have made to their views.

Currently the application sizes all columns in a Grid View equally, regardless of the content of each column, so a column with short text is the same size as another with a lot of text, wasting whote space on the screen.

Users can currently resize the columns, and the information is stored in the browser cache. As long as the cache is not deleted, the user can relogin in see the previously set personalised column widths.

If the cache is deleted however, then they lose the column width settings and have to reset them.

We prefer a method where the column sizes are stored against the user profile in the database, rather than in transient browser cache.
