Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The product management team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.
SSO/SPENGO is currently not on the IBM Product Roadmap and there are no future plans currently for supporting this
HSBC have asked IBM to provide an update on how the SSO/SPENGO support offering at IBM will be maturing and when HSBC might be able to expect an officially supported release of this – IBM have informed HSBC that SSO/SPENGO is currently not on the Product Roadmap and there are no future plans currently for supporting this. In order for this to be considered in the future plans a Request for Enhancement (RFE) needs to be raised Feedback received from IBM with regards to SSO/Spnego. IBM have confirmed it is not supported and there are no current plans to formalise support. DevOps will continue with Mixed Mode approach for our September implementation and will wait for Helios Delivery and IBM to agree the roadmap (and associated IBM environments/documentation) before planning any future upgrade.
