Set Default Value based on expressions

JSON views should be configurable to load default values (in Creation View), and provide a way for the default value to be defined via expressions.

Sample use cases include:

  1. Setting the Control Owner default value to the current user
  2. Setting a Business Entity relationship following the security domain attachment of the current user's particular role

    Another place where this would be useful is to be able to set the document type. We have specific cases where we do not want to leave it up to the user to specify the document type and there is no way to set it by default as it will change depending on the parent, so it cannot be done at the object level. So having this sort of functionality would assist in meeting the current business requirement we have.

    This request will not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy. IBM is soliciting Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
