Implement custom colors in Cognos Analytics 11.0.13 reporting.

The reports are valuable, but the current color templates don't allow users to display critical, high, medium and low issues in a graphical format that is meaningful. For example, critical issues show in blue color, which doesn't allow leaders & end users to focus on critical areas. If you could display critical issues in red and low issues in a less urgent color like green, users could look at the graphs and know immediately were to focus their attention and time.
