Workspace OpenPages Ideas

Created on Nov 1, 2019

Enable the OpenPages platform to have documents associated with GRC process stored in an external platform to avoid duplication and point file storage solutions

Core to this idea is that the workflow, business process and data capture is mastered in OpenPages, but the associated documentation is stored in an enterprise content management solution (example IBM's Enterprise Content Management).

This could be

a) out of the box functionality of OpenPages

b) can we embed the ECM UI in OpenPages

c) RESTful API offerings  to publish (push) documents uploaded using Attachments-File UI function agnostic of target repository
