OpenPages Lifecycle Notification should have validation for active/inactive users before sending mail notification.

It is useful because the inactive users mail box wont be flooded from Notification when the status of the incident or issue object changes. At present the end user gets confused with the intention of the mail because being inactive, he/she no more holds any responsibility of the work intended in mail.

 

This can be achieved by adding XML configuration in LifeCycle XMLs in order to filter out active users from inactive users so that the mail is received only by active users and no mails are sent to inactive users.
