To Enable "Show all Objects" for new TFUI Grid View

We have a concern in some customers who are facing issues to reflect same behaviors in OpenPages Standard View and TFUI (Task Focused User Interface).

It was observed in two Big customers who handle big amounts of data that the option of clear all registers on the first visualization was the fastest and better solution to avoid performance issues.

We know that there is a existent solution to inactivate "Show all Objects" parameter (Administration ->Settings->GRCM ->Filtered List - Show all Objects) to False, but solution works in Standard UI but doesn't work in TFUI.

The idea is to enable this variable as this will help with performance in following actions:

* Use the Grid View and combine different filters;


* Associate/disassociate objects in new TFUI through grid views;
