Allow for password change interval greater than 99 days

OpenPages currently only allows to set password change intervals between 1 and 99 days. It's becomming more common to have more secure passwords that are changed at longer intervalls - e.g. every 180 days. Currently it's not possible to implement a policy like this in OpenPages.
