Allow for Multi-select option for BE Selector Field Type

This was requested two years ago, but accidentally marked as 'Delivered'.

Right now all Object types where users want to Identify (for example) Impacted Locations, admins are forced to create fields 'Impacted Location', 'Secondary Impacted Location', etc.

Thank you again for submitting this RFE!

This request will likely not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy. IBM is soliciting RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

As a reminder, this was already accepted as an enhancement and was never delievered. This has a significant number of votes backing it.
