Track the export history

The export of user data (*) is currently not logged.

Considering the fact that SaaS use is becoming more and more common these days, customers are highly concerned about the security of cloud services, and we believe that information leaks are an area of concern for customers.

Therefore, it is desirable to be able to log when, who, and what data exported. We would like you to implement a function that can acquire the above logs and output reports. It would be desirable to be able to turn logging on and off.

* Export issues, Export attachment files, Export Cognos reports.
