Openpages - Workflow - Multiple Approvals for one stage.

We have a requirement for Risk Approval Workflow to get approval from Multiple Asignees.


Example: For a particular Risk record, owners would be identified, Owners is a multi user field at risk object and the number of owners is Dynamic, it can range from 1 up to 4 and maybe even more in a scenarios where a risk pertains to multiple departments.


The Business Users want to get approval from all the owners mentioned in the field before proceeding to the next stage. How ever with current capability in product when we try to achieve same, with approval from one user the stage is processed and workflow does not stops for other assignees to approve as well.
