Openpages: Copy functionality for resources maintained in library.

In Openpages users have got an option to copy the answers from previous assessment. This works only if the questions and resource(process or resource) which are present in the assessments ( from where its being copied to the assessment its being copied to) are same.

There are instances where customers are keeping resources in library which get copied into individual lobs when a new program is being launched.

This in turn changes the id of the question and resource and copy functionality does not work.

There should be a provision to use the library id for matching the resource and questions.

For e.g if the library id of the resource remains the same across multiple program than its the same resource being referred to and same applies to the question.

This will make the copy functionality ( comments and attachment) possible for resources being managed in the library
