Bulk unlock records and Bulk cancel checkout of attachments

We have a lot of records where end users have put a lock on records and when a bulk folder move is requested, administrators have to manually go on each record and unlock it before we can perform folder move function on the grid. This can be in the 1000s of records that an administrator needs to manually go to the record view and unlock it.

Similar to attachments, end users may checkout attachment records and when admins need to perform bulk folder movement on attachments, it fails because of the checked out. Admin will need to manually go into the attachment record and cancel checkout.

IBM should provide a mechanism maybe objectmanager or confirm if anything can be done on the database level (i.e. update some tables) to bulk cancel this locks / attachment check out.
