FastMap: Limit the use of FastMap bulk update capability by User Group AND by Object Type

Actually FastMap import is limited by User Group: if a user group is enabled to use FastMap, a user in that group can import (create and update) any object if writing on the object is allowed by Profile/Role Template. The request is to limit the use of FastMap by User Group AND by object. That is, for example, if a user is allowed to write on Loss Events and Issues, we need the possibility to allow her/him to import via FastMap ONLY Loss Events, but NOT Issues.

As an alternative, we ask the possibility to inhibit the FastMap import of one or more objects, with the exception of few users belonging to chosen groups or profiles.
