Global Timestamp

Currently in OpenPages there is only one timestamp for sign-off. I work at a global Japanese Bank and the timestamp is configured for the Tokyo Time zone. This means that if someone in New York Signs-off on a workpaper after lunch, it will show a sign-off date of the next day. This makes reporting very difficult when looking at when things are due. I would like the ability to have the sign-off timestamp used when using the flow to sign-off to be related to the region setting which dictates which date format you want to use. If I select UK, it will give me the British date of DD/MM/YYYY. If I select US, I get MM/DD/YYYY. The timestamp should also be aligned to these time zones.
