Make compressed timestamp columns use TIMESTAMP datatype in the control file

After performing load service, Timestamps do not have milliseconds in Oracle target database although
source database timestamps have milliseconds

Steps to Reproduce :
Step1 : Unzip the histo.zip file provided in other to get "histo" folder
Step2 : Retrieve the load service DD014_HISTO.L_LOAD provided in the "histo/Objects_Used" folder.
Step3 : Retrieve the extract file DD014_HISTO_E_LOAD provided in "histo" folder
Step4 : Retrieve the Table Map DD014_HISTO_T_LOAD provided in the "histo/Objects_Used" folder
Step5 : Run the load service DD014_HISTO.L_LOAD

Expected : All the data in the extracted file are loaded correctly in the target database : the timestamps data as well.

Actual Results : Timestamps do not have milliseconds in Oracle target database although source database timestamps have milliseconds
