Export & Import Optim Registry from command line

Description:

We currently have to use the GUI to export and import Optim Registry entries from one Windows workstation/server to another. We would like to have PR0CNFG.EXE or another .exe have a command line option to export and import the Optim registry, similar to the way it can be used to export and import objects.

Use case:

Silently configuring new Optim windows machines (workstations and servers)

Business Justification:

Exporting and Importing the registry entries would be beneficial in automating the silent install and configuration of Optim Windows machines. It would also be useful for disaster recovery in that we could have an automated daily task to export the current registry entries. So in the event of a disaster where we have to stand up new Optim servers, we could easily restore the Optim registry from our backup.

    As of June 2019, Optim development is considering a line item to remove Optim's dependency on the Registry. Files would be used instead. If that happens (not yet committed) then the need for this requirement will be removed.
