Metadata XML of Archive file has No differenciation between varchar and varchar(max)

Please refer TS017199755


Archive viewer used these XML files to map the datatypes of the column and the way optim processes the Varchar and Varchar(Max) is different and way we convert this to parquet will also be different.

Now we are relying on the Access definition part of the XML where a flag called nativeLOB is set Y, but for the archive file where the XML is missing, the Generated XML file from FMF will not have an Access Definition section.
