Add support for Oracle quoted table names containing forward slashes

IBM Optim Data Privacy currently does not support Oracle tables whose names contain forward slashes (/) and are created as quoted identifiers. These table names are commonly used by SAP ECC (for example, /BEV3/CHBPAKNA1S and /WATP/VMOBMROIA).

Although the Oracle connection is successful and other tables are accessible, IBM Optim returns a "Bad Request" error when attempting to retrieve metadata or data from these SAP tables. This prevents customers from using IBM Optim Data Privacy to discover, profile, or mask data stored in standard SAP tables.

IBM Optim Data Privacy should fully support Oracle quoted object names containing forward slashes (/). Users should be able to browse these tables, retrieve metadata, preview data, and perform masking operations without requiring any database workarounds such as creating views or renaming objects.
