Remove Requirement for inserting stored procedures

The requirement for gaining access to the permissions to have the product insert the stored procedures is an issue for us.  It would be very good to remove this requirement and not require the use of stored procedures.

    As of October 2020, status is:

    Optim development agrees this is highly desirable. However the effort is high. It continues to not rise to the level where we can allocate the resources. It is not in the current roadmap but we will regularly revisit when planning new releases.

    Future products brought out by the Optim team will not require installation of stored procedures.
