In IBM Planning Analytics on Cloud (PAoC) environment the user needs to be deleted twice to remove it completely.
When the user is deleted from IBM Planning Analytics Workspace or from IBM Subscriptions Management removed the user element still exists in }Clients control dimension.
If you want completely remove the user you need lastly delete the user also from TM1 Security (for example in TM1 Architect > TM1 Server Explorer > menu item "Security" > menu item "Client/Groups")
It would be nice if there would be functionality to check in TI-process if the user have been deleted from PAW. Then it would be possible to make scheduled cleanup automatic process to delete removed users from Clients/Groups in TM1 instance.

Yes, This functionality really needed, If user removed from IBM PAW page then need to delete automatically from all the instances instead of remove from individual instances.
We have observed if user removed from PAW prod invitation page then that user also need to remove from non prod and IBM introduce this feature in one of upgrade but old user still exists in non prod so we need to connect support team to remove from backend.
