The Legend on visualisations in Planning Analytics Workspace is limited to a certain number of characters and is not dependent on the amount of space available in the visualisation.
This means that some element names are cut off in the legend of the visualisation even though there is space available in the visualisation.
Currently, there are options available to switch off the hierarchy name, but if the element name or description is still long it is still cut off. The workaround is to create another description that is short enough to fit, but in many cases, this is not possible, for example, a full account name is required.
An example of this issue is with the creation of a pie chart to show how expenses are split among different accounts, the full account name cannot be shown. Even when the pie portion of the visualisation is moved to the side and enough space is provided for the full account name in the visualisation, the name is still cut off. See the attached image as an example.
It would be ideal if the takes up the space it is allocated on the other side of the divider (between the graph and legend), dynamically limiting the number of characters based on the available size in the visualisation.
