Action button progress

For TI processes behind PAW buttons, we can monitor the progress. It seems that for TI processes behind action buttons coming from a PAfE spreadsheet, this is not possible. The customer would like to monitor the progress too, rather than the unhelpful 'action button error message' in the top-right corner of the browser: "The request timed out. The process is still running. Please check the server logs to confirm the completion of the process." Non-admin users cannot consult the logs nor should they. A progress indicator would be sufficient to show that it's still running. The user has no idea what is going on.

Updates status to future consideration. The action button will be updated in 2023. We are planning on making the response messages customizable, which should address part of the requirement in the Idea. We can also consider how to make it clear from the action button that the process is still running.

Note that TM1 cannot tell us what percent of the TI process is complete. A progress indicator that shows how much time remaining is not possible due to this limitation.
