Hello Team,
We are using Planning Analytics version 2.0.9.14 and using CAPA (Cognos Analytics for Planning Analytics) for user authentication, Active Directory integration and the Cognos groups are used for managing the user access to the TM1 applications. These are created under Cognos Analytics.
The removal of the TM1 Application access for the users who are no longer using the Application anymore is not refreshed automatically in the TM1 Architect. Since these users will not be using the application anymore, the cleanup of the user access to the application needs to be done manually as the TM1 security for the users in the application will not get refreshed unless the user logs in to the application after any change/removal of the access.
Hence we are expecting some optimal solution to be incorporate in product such a way to avoid this manual process so that whenever the user's access is removed from the Cognos group it gets reflected automatically in across Planning Analytics client interfaces accordingly.
Hoping to have something related to this in future releases.

This idea is not under consideration. The IBM Planning Analytics team is not planning additional enhancements specific to CAM authentication for Planning Analytics local. Modernized Planning Analytics offerings (Cloud Pak for Data Planning Analytics and PA SaaS) no longer depend on or support Cognos Analytics for authentication into Planning Analytics.
We are building functionality in Planning Analytics Workspace that will make it easier to use Workspace users and groups in TM1 databases and identify users and groups in TM1 databases that have been removed from Workspace.
It may be possible to build a solution today using Turbo Integrator processes to automate the removal of users and groups from TM1 databases. This will require a data source that provides the list of users and groups to be removed.
