PAW overview of the folder/book structure incl. permissions

Regarding “corporate usability” PAW is missing an overview of the folder/book structure. Currently you have no chance to keep track of the folders underlying books and especially the permissions. At least there should be a way to export the whole structure incl. permissions. Regarding an export of this data, please make the trigger available from outside, so that automations are possible.

I have updated this idea to future consideration. However, we are not planning a feature that will provide some sort of overview of all content and permissions in Workspace. We are planning the following:

1 - Improved migration capabilities. The ability to export content with permissions and the ability to remap user accounts. This will help to support migrations between environments where users might have different IDs.

2- Improve API access to Workspace content so that API calls can be used to examine content and permissions on content. This would allow 3rd party tools that could export the folder structure and permissions to a format that could be used to track changes.

3 - Auditing capabilities to track when changes to content and permission on content.
