A way to see who is logged in to PAW

If you have planned a PAW downtime for maintenance and you want to check if there are still users logged in, you have no way to do so. You can check the threads of a database, but this is not feasible when you have multiple databases. Regarding "corporate usability" of PAW an according option e.g. in the PAW administration would be very helpful.

This idea is not under consideration. We are not planning on providing a feature that provides a list of users currently logged into Workspace. However, we are planning on introducing some audit features to Planning Analytics Workspace. This can be used to track logins to Planning Analytics Workspace as well as other changes to content and security that users might perform in Workspace.

We are also planning on providing a feature to provide global announcements to Planning Analytics Workspace users. This feature would allow the PAW administrator to inform users of expected maintenance or downtime or Workspace or a database.
