PAW-Exploration Views-VIEW OPTIONS: Ability for users to select "global preference" for View Options for ALL views

ISSUE: When working within PAW's Exploration Views, our client have complained about having to select their VIEW OPTIONS (such as: hierarchy names, dimension icons, context information, section headers, section icons) over-and-over again. They want to be able to set their VIEW OPTIONS and have them be globally applied to all views that they open. 

BENEFITS: All PAW users

PROPOSED ENHANCEMENT: Please create the ability for PAW users to have a "global preference" for Exploration Views - VIEW OPTIONS. They want to make their selections once and have it apply throughout the PAW environment, regardless of which book/TM1 instance/cube they are working within.
