File upload check file types

When a user uploads a file for a TI Process Workspace should check the file is not corrupt or uploaded with the wrong file extensions.

Users often don't understand the implications of file extensions and formats, so assuming this is correct can cause significant downtime when restoring from a backup to remove the uploaded corrupted data.

We have no meaningful way to determine if the file can be read by the TI process before it's read by the TI process. Note that limited data validation can be performed with Turbo Integrator code in the process as the data procedure is processing data.

We will consider a feature to limit which files can be uploaded based on file extension (e.g csv file only). However, consider that it's possible for a csv file to have a different file extension (the file extension doesn't determine the file content).
