Dimension dropdowns in Cube Viewer to include sub menu for Sets

Users are often times face with a view that has a pre-configure set assigned to it. They may click on the arrow to see more members but not find the relevant members there.

Typically they want to change the set and select a member from that set.

Currently a user needs to open the Set editor, select a different set, replace or tag and keep relevant members then go back to the cube viewer.

A simple popout menu showing available sets would allow a much faster selection whilst retaining set members for further selection where required. Popout should also contain the search option to quickly filter, just like on the member selection.

Ideally this behaviour would need to be consistent across PAW and PAfE.
