Setting for rows to buffer in Planning Analytics Workspace

When editing dimensions or browsing data via Planning Analytics Workspace, the grid continously loads to rows when scrolling down. This creates a very poor user experience and the idea is to make it possible to control the amount of rows/cells that should be loaded/buffered. This in order for the interface to react seamlessly to the users scrolling. This affects all users and we have not found any parameters to control it.

Something similar to how WebsheetRowThreshold and CubeViewerRowPageSize works for websheets and cube views in TM1 Web.

Our preference is for customers not to have to play with buffer side in order to get a smooth scrolling experience. We will continue to work to make scrolling faster and smoother without administrators having to tweak settings.
