It would be very useful to have 2 additional properties in the views allowing to set up freeze panes similar to excel.
It would thus be possible to set the number of rows and the number of columns to freeze.
Example :
Number of rows to freeze = 0
Number of columns to freeze = 2
In this configuration, a user would like to see the first 2 columns when scrolling the table to the right.
The horizontal scrollbar acts on the unfrozen columns.
The vertical scrollbar acts on the whole table excluding headers row.

By clicking the "Post Comment" or "Submit Idea" button, you are agreeing to the IBM Ideas Portal Terms of Use.
Do not place IBM confidential, company confidential, or personal information into any field.
Having these two additional possibilities does not prevent the use of views as you described.
When building screens, the only alternative to do what requested is to use websheets, but unfortunately websheets do not adapt to the screen size in PAW.
This idea is not under consideration. The IBM Planning Analytics team will continue to monitor the idea for votes and updated comments and may reconsider the request at a later date.
Please note that the user of the cube viewer is permitted to reorder members so they can more easily compare specific rows or columns. We also allow the user to hide rows and columns to make it easier to see only select rows and columns for comparison. Calculations are also possible as an end user feature to compare select rows and columns.
