Remove dependency on Trident Engine (IE/mshtml.dll) for CA connector within PAfE

Currently, the Planning Analytics connector within PAfE is utilizing WebView2 for authentication and subset editor pop-ups. However, the Cognos Analytics connector within PAfE still continues to use Trident (IE/mshtml.dll). This currently causes users to have to re-authenticate when they switch from PA connections and CA connections rather than it using the existing session. In addition to this, for certain OIDC SSO setups, the use of Trident is causing incompatibility issues. This is preventing our users from using PAfE to its fullest extent. Transitioning the CA connector within PAfE to use WebView2 would resolve the OIDC SSO incompatibilities as well provide an improved experience for users.

Furthermore, Cognos Analytics announced end of support for IE so components that connect to Cognos Analytics still using the IE browser engine gives a bit of a mixed message.
