Hide or show application sections based on PAW security group

Currently, all users with access to a PAW application see all sections and assets within the navigation pane regardless of whether they have access.

Access to a section is based on an assigned "contributor" group. Users not in a group assigned as a contributor and with no access to underlying assets get an error when they click an asset in the navigation pane.

I am proposing that application sections should be hidden for groups that are not assigned as contributors, or potentially create another access type to enable sections to hidden for assigned groups. This would avoid users trying to access areas they should not, and avoid presenting users with error messages as a result.
