Run a TI process upon open or close of PAW book.

We currently store user settings for a PAW book in a cube which is subsequently used to manage subsets and other elements in the book. Basically, to create guided user experiences. It would be very useful to have the ability to run a TI process upon the user opening or closing book so that we can better control these settings.

As it sits today, users last settings are stored in the cube but the synchronization settings within the PAW book may not exactly match which can be confusing for the user. Allowing us to run a TI process that on the open or close would help us mitigate this problem.
