The way it's currently done is nice but doesn't allow to follow the local server time as Architect would do. This result in not being able to adapt to Daylight Saving Time as it was previously possible. That's why I suggested to add that toggle.
The current Workspace Chore editor already shows the chore runtime in UTC. The user interface lets the user select the chore runtime in the timezone of the user web browser, but also shows that datetime translated to UTC.
This should help the user confirm they have selected the correct UTC datetime for the chore. The UTC value should remain the same if users in different timezones are working with the same chore(s).
I don't believe that any additional changes are required.
