Top/Bottom Filter for Barcharts

Currently, only Explorations can be filtered by TOP/Bottom members (Membercount, Percentage, SUM). When you change to exploration to a - for example - barchart, this information gets lost.

It would be a good idea to keep that dynamic filtering from the Exploration and have it as an option in the barchart too, so that the barchart also filters for the top/bottom values, based on the users adjustments.

Use case:
Customer want to display their top 10 Units by CO2 consumption as a simple barchart.

I'm promoting this idea as it is very well aligned with efforts to improve and simplify filtering in both the cube viewer and set editor. Note that in 2.0.98 we added new filter options in the cube viewer that allows filtering based on specific values in the current view, as well as top and bottom counts at the same time.

To support this type of filter in the visualization we will need to extend the set editor to filter members based on values in cubes. We are working on design of functionality that will filter the members in the set editor based on values in the current cube and other cubes the hierarchy is found in.
