Suppress Zero on MDX Calculated Members referencing other cubes

Also raised in the community blog.

"Please fix zero suppression issue when manually coding the MDX view definition. Currently, if the MDX view uses references to other cubes (e.g. to retrieve Current Month, Current Year, or other control information, especially within WITH MEMBER ... AS definition), zero suppression does not work. This is problematic when dealing with MDX views that need to bring a lot of rows/columns. For relatively decent views, this is not a problem, although zeroes are not hidden anyway. Even though MDXSelectCalculatedMemberInputs is enabled by default now"

This technique is used in PAW to synchronize between two widget exploration views.

With the use use of a calculated member on the second view to reference and identify where data exists on the first view.
