Allow popup text to display on hover

In Planning Analytics Workspace, when creating a book a user may add on image with and define pop up text that may appear when the user clicks on the image.

Could we have a option to allow us to set the pop up text to appear on hover, so when hovering the mouse cursor over the image the text is displayed.

This will help us provide useful hints for users on the interface without clogging up space and necessitating additional user clicks
