Stop Row element "Column Width" from auto-sizing on any change in Cube Viewer in Workbench

Currently, whenever you are working with a Cube View in Workbench in PAW, if you re-size the column width of the row elements (to show a longer element name/alias for example), if you then make a change to any value within the view, or resize the width of a column in the view, it will automatically revert the row column width which is very annoying. Please can you allow column width edits to persist whilst using a given Cube View.

    I've updated the status of this idea to Delivered. After some additional investigation I can confirm this issue is a defect that was resolved in the 2.0.98 release. 2.0.98 is already on Planning Analytics on Cloud and will be available on Fix Central for on-premises Planning Analytics customers within the next 2 weeks.

    We already have a feature that does this in PAW books.


    We can consider enabling the same option for the cube viewer in the modeling workbench.
