Comment is a very useful feature for PA users, especially to maximize centralised interaction. This can be a powerful feature to differentiate with other analytics product offerings. However cell commenting feature is quite limited. As business partner we often receive requirement for this cell commenting feature to be further developed. Highlight feature that many users requires are as follows:
1. Ability to database administrator to delete comment entries.
Currently only comment author has the ability to delete their own comment. However Admin don't have capability to delete comment. It will be great if admin can delete specific users comment.
2. Filter comment by users
in relation with above point, administrator should have ability to filter comment made by user in the UI. Currently where comment stored in }CellAnnotation_Cube comment are not structured by users. It will be easier to filter comment made by user for easier administration.
3. Export comment
Considering the format being generated in }CellAnnotation_cube, if the comment can be filtered by users, it will be a very good feature if the comment can be exported.
4. Reply to specific comment
Another suggestion from users is to have the ability to respond to specific comment. Not sure how viable it is but it will be good to have the ability to 'reply' to a specific comment, so the user knows who react to comment they made.
For now we create a workaround by creating cube to consolidate comments. However it will be ideal if we can have better information structure us }CellAnnotation_cube as data source. Even better if we can have better comment UI.

Because comments are stored in cubes it's entirely possible to address these requirements with TI processes
