Export metadata information of a PAW book

This is useful to easily analyse the content within a book especially if it contain multiple tabs and aide with troubleshooting the errors. Also helps in extending the formatting and other capabilities to other books. This will help with governance by showing who the owner of the book was, how many times it was updated, helps in operational aspect by showing the cubes, sets and other dependencies, also helps in gathering usage statistics to know how many times it was opened, which user consumed it most. Needless to mention there are plenty other use cases for this.
