Change PAW Applications Gateway to PASS Connection

Within PAW configuration there is a setting for the related TM1 Web Application Gateway. This currently authenticates against the existence of a PMHub file for TM1 Web Applications. It is recognised that this validation will fail as PASS does not use PM Hub. But PAfE does require a valid reference to PASS to be entered into this field in order to enable the use of Universal reports and other PASS integrated functionality. The current process does not support validation of the entry. The only way to determine that there may be an issue with the entered value is the observation that Universal reports are not available from within PAfE.

The validation process should be changed so that it returns a valid result if there is a correct entry for an instance of PASS.
