Introduce locked View visibility in Books after submission of task in PAW-Plan

Scenario:

  1. A Book named "Sales" is created, containing multiple views assigned to different tabs.

  2. A Plan called "Sales Plan" is created, and within this plan, a task named "SalesPlan2025" is assigned the "Sales" book as its asset.

  3. User-'A' (Approver) and User-'B' (Contributor) are assigned roles for the task.

    • User-'A' is responsible for submitting the task after inputting numbers in the view.

    • User-'B' is expected to approve or reject the task after the review.

Current Issues in PAW-Plan:

  1. For User-'A' (Approver): After submitting the task, the asset/book ("Sales") becomes inaccessible to them, limiting their ability to reference the submission unless rejected.

  2. For User-'B' (Contributor): They cannot access the book ("Sales") or task ("SalesPlan2025") for an overview until User-'A' submits it.

Proposed Solution:

  1. For User-'A' (Approver):

    • Even after submission, User-'A' should retain access to the book ("Sales") for reference purposes.

    • The views within the book should be locked unless the task ("SalesPlan2025") is rejected for further revisions.

  2. For User-'B' (Contributor):

    • Provide User-'B' with visibility of the task and the assigned book ("Sales") prior to submission, enabling them to review and understand the content for effective contribution.

Justification:

These features were available in TM1 Contributor but are now missing in PAW-Plan. Implementing them would significantly enhance the usability of PAW-Plan, allowing better collaboration and visibility for both approvers and contributors.
