A Book named "Sales" is created, containing multiple views assigned to different tabs.
A Plan called "Sales Plan" is created, and within this plan, a task named "SalesPlan2025" is assigned the "Sales" book as its asset.
User-'A' (Approver) and User-'B' (Contributor) are assigned roles for the task.
User-'A' is responsible for submitting the task after inputting numbers in the view.
User-'B' is expected to approve or reject the task after the review.
For User-'A' (Approver): After submitting the task, the asset/book ("Sales") becomes inaccessible to them, limiting their ability to reference the submission unless rejected.
For User-'B' (Contributor): They cannot access the book ("Sales") or task ("SalesPlan2025") for an overview until User-'A' submits it.
For User-'A' (Approver):
Even after submission, User-'A' should retain access to the book ("Sales") for reference purposes.
The views within the book should be locked unless the task ("SalesPlan2025") is rejected for further revisions.
For User-'B' (Contributor):
Provide User-'B' with visibility of the task and the assigned book ("Sales") prior to submission, enabling them to review and understand the content for effective contribution.
These features were available in TM1 Contributor but are now missing in PAW-Plan. Implementing them would significantly enhance the usability of PAW-Plan, allowing better collaboration and visibility for both approvers and contributors.
