Use DBS etc Fomulas with Sandboxing in PAx

Funcationality to use DBS and associated formulas in PAx while connected to a sandbox.  Currently, the formuals are utilzed as / in custom reports but there is no access to sandboxes while using that report type. 

Business Reasons:  As you are working with sandboxes and scenarios, its very easy to use formula based sends for loading mass amounts of data into sandboxes.  This gives you more flexiability when loading data, especially if you are dealing with largely unstructured datasets. Critical to our buisness due to ease of load vs the current alternative, copy and pasting data points.
