Official Support for the MilliTime TI function

Please could we get official support for MilliTime so that it is made public knowledge, documented and available in PAW autocomplete and no longer gives errors when saving the process.

This will benefit many users when they need to create a unique identifier for views, sets etc.

Traditional methods using NOW() have failed in the passed when using RunProcess as the object names clash due to multiple objects being created in the same second. MilliTime gives more granularity and eliminates this risk/issue.

An other approach is to have a function that return a GUID, would solve a lot of headaches with uniqueness

MilliTime is not real time, it's effectively the number of milliseconds since first called (first time it returns 0, or very near to 0). That said, it is what TM1 uses internally everywhere it needs to know how long something took.

Whilst not opposed to making this, currently internal, function public, wonder if, given the reference to Now() and granularity of time, it wouldn't be better if we included the thousands of a second into the time values we return AND extend any function that can return a string representation of [date-]time to be able to include the thousands of a second as well.
